Back stretch:

Back stretch is an effective lower back pain exercise. You will need to lie on your stomach and use your arms to push your upper body against the floor. Pelvic tilt:

Pelvic tilt is one of the most effective lower back pain exercises. For this you will need to lie on your back with bent knees in a relaxed position. The small of your back will not be touching the floor. You should tighten your abdominal muscles to let the small of your back press flat off the floor. The bridge:

To follow the bridge, you will need to lie down on floor on your back. You should lie down in such a way that your knees are bent and feet stay on the floor. After putting your whole weight on your heels you will need to lift your hips against the floor. Stay in this position with your body straight for about 10 seconds. After lowering gently relax your back.

Some Useful Tips:

  • Breathe naturally while taking exercise
  • Quit exercising if it hurts
  • Wear comfortable clothes while exercising and do not overdo.
